AUSTRALIA LEAVE OUT FORMER RECORD HOLDER MATTHEW HAYDEN

Opener Matthew Hayden has been left out Australia's 14-man one-day squad for the ICC Champions Trophy starting in India next month.
The National Selection Panel (NSP) omitted Hayden, despite having named the 34-year-old in Australia's squad for this month's Tri-Nations tournament in Malaysia.
Hayden has not played a one-day international since Australia's tour of England last year.
In other selection news, fast bowler Glenn McGrath has been included although selectors had considered leaving him out of the squad so as to allow him to regain fitness ahead of the Ashes series starting in November.
McGrath has not played a Test or one-day international since January, when he stood down to support his wife Jane in her fight against breast cancer.
NSP chairman Andrew Hilditch said it was felt McGrath would benefit more from playing in the Tri-Nations tournament and the Champions Trophy than the domestic competitions in Australia.
"Following extensive discussion between Glenn McGrath, the coach and the selection group, we've decided that the best way for Glenn to make his way back into international cricket is to play international cricket," he said in a statement.
"We believe the combination of the Malaysian tri-series and the ICC Champions Trophy is ideal preparation for what will be a huge summer of cricket for Glenn in Australia and overseas."
Adam Gilchrist has been named in the Australian squad although he will be rested from the Tri-Nations series against India and the West Indies.
Australian squad:
Ricky Ponting (captain), Adam Gilchrist (vice-captain), Nathan Bracken, Stuart Clark, Michael Clarke, Brad Hogg, Mike Hussey, Mitchell Johnson, Simon Katich, Brett Lee, Damien Martyn, Glenn McGrath, Shane Watson, Andrew Symonds.
