LAHORE, Pakistan - The West Indies team arrived in Pakistan on Monday for a three-Test series against the hosts.

The 15-man squad, led by captain Brian Lara, traveled from Mumbai in India to Lahore via New Delhi and despite the long travel, remained in good spirits.

"It was a very tiring day for us in terms of travel but we arrived in good spirits this evening and we are settling into our hotel nicely," vice captain Ramnaresh Sarwan said.

"We are looking forward to the two-day warm up game starting on Wednesday which will help us in adjusting our approach for Test cricket since in the recent past we have been playing a lot of One Day cricket," Sarwan said.

Captain Brian Lara and Head Coach Bennett King will host a media conference at the team hotel on Tuesday morning, ahead of team's first practice session in the afternoon.

The West Indies will play Pakistan in the first Test  starting on November 11 in Lahore with matches to follow in Multan and Krachi.

The Test series will be followed by a five-match One Day International series.
